Dr. Ghiselli and Dr. Zwald perform Mohs micrographic surgery, a highly specialized technique used to treat basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas, most often on the head and neck. This precise, layer-by-layer approach combines surgical removal with immediate microscopic examination, allowing for the highest cure rates while preserving as much healthy skin as possible.
