Mohs Micrographic Surgery - Dr. Samantha Ghiselli and Dr. Fiona Zwald are board-certified Mohs surgeons who specialize in Mohs micrographic surgery—a highly precise technique most commonly used to treat basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas, particularly on the head and neck. Mohs surgery combines meticulous surgical removal with real-time microscopic examination, allowing cancerous tissue to be removed layer by layer while preserving as much healthy skin as possible. This advanced approach offers the highest cure rates while optimizing both functional and cosmetic outcomes.

Ashli’s passion for skin health and patient education shines through as she helps each person understand their unique skin goals and builds customized plans to achieve them. She enjoys collaborating closely with our dermatologists to ensure that aesthetic treatments are tailored to each patient’s clinical needs and long-term skin health.
Emily Farmer brings over 12 years of medical aesthetic experience and a compassionate, personalized approach to every treatment. Certified in a range of advanced modalities — including IPL, laser resurfacing, microneedling, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and more — Emily combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to helping patients feel confident and radiant in their skin.
